Wedding - Craig & rachel
Yesterday our quartet were in Bishop Monkton for the wedding of Craig and Rachel.
Prior to the ceremony, we played a selection of hymns, including Amazing Grace and The Lord’s My Shepherd.
Rachel entered the church, following her Bridesmaids, to Pachelbel's Canon.
We played A Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay, and Marry You by Bruno Mars during the signing of the register.
Finally the newly married couple exited to Love Story by Taylor Swift.
We then accompanied the guests to the reception venue in the village hall, where we continued to entertain while they enjoyed their drinks and canapés, looking over the village green.
We were given the Royal treatment (thankyou Debbie!) of a 3 course meal before providing the music for the couples first dance. We played Paramore - The only exception.
The weather was beautiful and we had a lovely day in a gorgeous village. We hope to return there again some day.
